Bartender
At La Brasserie, we only work with the finest wines and spirits and source from across the globe. You will be able to demonstrate your creative flair from behind our luxurious champagne bar. This position will give an ambitious candidate the potential to expand their knowledge under the guidance of our professionally trained Sommeliers.

Requirements
The ideal person will have some experience of being in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
- To produce and service a variety of beverages and cocktails.
- Ensure hygiene levels are maintained in the designated areas.
- Building a rapport with our guests ensuring 5 star service is delivered.
