Requirements:
The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
1 years minimum at event operation or F&B supervisory role essential to be considered for the role!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Ensure the staff & management of the departments are meeting set criteria.
- Ensure all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
- Support the Department Manager whilst they take control and accountability for the Food and Beverage Operations.
- Ensuring departments are meeting Company standards.
- Setting up and stripping down events
- Serving the events
- Managing events and overseeing the smooth running of banquets and meetings
- Working alongside the Event admin manager to ensure guest needs are met
- Undertaking hotel duty manager shifts as required
- supporting the bar and restaurant teams when there are no events on
