Who are we?
The spectacular Hotel Gotham in the heart of mid-town Manchester opened in 2015 to major acclaim with Bespoke Hotels fulfilling the promise to make it a fun, witty destination and a little bit naughty. Of the 60 bedrooms, five are inner sanctum suites, along with Honey, the two AA Rosette awarded restaurant, Brass, the roof-top private bar and members club and also the new addition of our exclusive, underground bar and event space that opened in 2023.
What are we looking for?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Demi chef De Partie to join the team at Hotel Gotham.
You will join and help head up a small, but talented team of chefs. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen working beside the Pastry and Head Chef and also in their absents, the preparation and cooking of all dishes. You must be responsible, dedicated and must also possess a creative flair and the attention to detail that is required in our two AA Rosette establishment.
You will need a Minimum of 1 years experience working in a similar role and possess excellent food presentation skills.

Requirements include,
- Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
- Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
- To support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
- To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
- To ensure the Company Healthy and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.
