Job Overview:

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Conference and Banqueting Staff at Coulson Manor.

Main responsibilities of the Conference and Banqueting Staff:

As a Conference and Banqueting Staff you will support with the day to day running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.

Requirements of the Conference and Banqueting Staff:

The ideal candidate would posses excellent customer service skills and have a passion for developing their career in the hospitality industry. Experience working in restaurants or bars would be advantageous however, not essential.

Direct experience with hotel businesses is not required, though some knowledge of the industry would be beneficial, as would experience working with restaurants, bars, or events-based sites across both desktop and mobile. The ideal candidate would be both resourceful, efficient, and with an outstanding eye for detail.

Duties of the Conference and Banqueting Staff will include:


  • Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas.
  • Help control costs through ordering stock and minimising waste.
  • Deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
  • Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
